My hard drive recently crashed and I have tried to reinstall my version 3.0 onto my computer.  Fortunately I have all my records backed up on my flash drive!  It asks for a password but won't accept the password I used.  I assume it is trying to go through the Thayer site which doesn't support the program any longer.  How can I get the program on and so that I can download the updated versions?  Thanks in advance!

Hi Paul,

On the bottom of the Product Info :: Upgrading from 2.x or 3.0 page on this site, you will find a v3.0 license activation program. Simply run that to activate your v3.0.x version of Diary.

At the bottom of that page you will also find the v3.0.2 upgrade program. Download and run to upgrade your v3.0 to v3.0.2.

I think this covers everything, but let me know if I missed something or if I can assist with anything else.
