I have purchased, downloaded, and transfered to the temporary file, Clements 2008.  When I go through the process of "unlocking" the file, I get a message:  "Taxonomic List is licensed.

What am I  missing?  The updated file loaded and I got a log file but now can not seem to convert the temporary file to my permanent database.

Sorry for the difficulty you are experiencing.

Are you following the instructions (step-by-step - to the letter) on the downloads :: tax list instructions page? These instructions have stood the test of time for completing the import of your new tax list.

I don't quite understand what you mean by "...transferred to a temporary file...". What does that mean?

Please refer to the Tax List Instructions page and if you run into trouble there, please let me know exactly which step is causing problems.
