I can I add additional columns to the trip report beyond those that appear in the drop down menu?  I have created a UDF I would like to include as well as comments.  I see no way of selecting these as they do not appear on the drop down meny.

What about selecting other columns than those that appear in the drop down menu?  I  have some comments for some of the sightings on the trip but can see no way to get the comments selected as a column for the report.

Hi Bruce,

The Trip report was meant to be a simple boiled-down list of species seen for a given time or trip. As such, it does not include all the optional output files of say the Sightings TAB.

I think you probably want to use the Sightings TAB which gives you all of those fields and the UDFs as well.

Let me know if this doesn't work for you and please help me understand why if not.
