Jeff,

We had arranged to have you upgrade my old Birders Diary today, July 7,  at 9:00 MT.  I have been online for the past two hours waiting for you to respond to the email I sent to let you know that I was online.  Three emails and two phone calls later I am still impatiently waiting for some response from you.  The best I got was a message that said I should visit your support web site, which did nothing but direct me to the forum. 

Therefore am writing to you via the forum, hoping that you will respond to this message.

Very sorry for the problem. I had network/internet issues here this morning - which also means I couldn't contact you. We are up and running now.
