The world count on the bottom left of the opening screen doesn't match my life list report.  Why?

Hi Jenny,

It is a little bit hard to tell from that brief description.

Have you checked the taxonomies iin use?

For the bottom left, Click Observers, then select your entry and click Edit. It will show you the three locations and taxonomies being used.

For the life list report, Check the Observer, location, dates and the Taxonomy and Taxonomic filter at the bottom.

Most likely there is a mismatch in some of those parameters.

Please let us know if that solves your problem.

Regards,
Steve

Yes, I thought I had the taxonomies matching but didn't.  Thanks.

Thanks Steve!

Note - there is a shortcut to modifying the location and tax list used for your 3 life counts at the bottom of the main window. Right-click anywhere on the main BD window background and choose "Configure Lifer Counts".

Thanks, Jeff.  I now match!  Plus, I gained a few armchair ticks in the reconciliation.
