| I recently purchased Birder's Diary off the Internet. When I use the HELP drop down, I can't use the video tutorials. That selection is grayed out. How do I install the videos? |

Hi,
This is simple, just start the installation again, it won't overwrite anything you have already done. On one of the screens is the option to download and install the videos. It is unchecked by default. Simply check it this time and complete the installation again. It will only download the videos and you will be all set.
