| I installed a copy of BD 3.6.12 on my desktop a couple of days ago. I did the same thing on my laptop today and launched BD 3.6.12. The Application is not licensed on this computer dialog box comes up. I click on the Unlock Now button, enter the same license ID and password that I entered to unlock the program on my desktop and get the following message: Bad Key: The information entered was not validated by the server. Please try again [I tried twice] or contact Technical Support. I awai |

Hi Vireo,
Please post back with the License ID in question.
Also, many times antivirus/firewall software will prevent communication with the License Server over the internet. To ensure this is not the problem, temporarily disable all antivirus/firewall software.

| Jeff, I tried disabling my antivirus software and the Windows firewall but that did not change anything. My license ID is 439546. |
