Hi Jeff, Sometimes I am lucky enough to get a picture of a bird or a recording of it’s song. Is it possible to attach a .jpeg or .mp3 type files to a sighting record? Thanks for your reply.

Hi Greg, Somehow I missed seeing this post earlier. Short answer - "no". The reason is that there are many photo manager software applications out there that I don't want to replicate and won't do as good a job if I did. What I and most folks do is the following: 1. Create a Yes/No UDF (user-defined field) called Photo. You will set this if you have a photo of a particular sighting. You can then recall or report on all sightings with a photo using this UDF. 2. Create a TEXT UDF to save the information you need to recall your photo - whether it is the filename of the photo or other information (such as your photo manager tag for the photo) required to recall the photo.
