When I run an ABA Lifelist with the ABA NOrth America 2006 tax list, I get a total of 541 birds.  The total that appears at the bottom of the basic BD screen is, however, 540.  I noticed that when I run the ABA lifelist with the 2005 ABA tax, it comes out at the 540.  The missing bird is the Eurasian Collared Dove.

How can I make the count at the bottom of the screen match the 2006 list count of 541?

Jim,

You probably need to update the tax list used to come up with that total at the bottom.  You can do this under the Observers section.  Select your name under Observers, then click Edit.  Here, you'll see the three lists and associated tax lists that are shown at the bottom of the main window.  For the ABA life list total, make sure the associated tax list is your most recent ABA tax list.  That should work.

Thanks Nick,

That was easy.

Jeff,

I will add a wishlist posting to add this field to the Global Tax List Replacement Form

Steve
