Dear Jeff:
I apologize for the delay in responding in fact I downloaded the software after my computer failure, and then went on the road for six weeks and received your email saying that you showed no records of my having purchased the tax lists, only the software. Well, I cannot recall the details, but I had installed 378 North American species and another 169 from Europe and Asia. I had Clements and ABA that I used during this time. I assumed I paid for them, but if somehow that slipped by, you can tell me what to do.
By the way if your software kept a data file of my entries, I would appreciate knowing what it is named so that I can go through my backup files to find that file when I am ready to merge it with working software.
Well, I am back in town and would like to get back in business, during our six weeks on the road I picked up a couple new lifers, and would like Petey to properly congratulate me.
The thirty day "trial" on the software is expired, so am I back to ground zero, or can I still operate from that? Also, if I need to pay to purchase the tax lists, let me know, what is important is that I, feeble as I am with computers, I can get the help to get back in business with Birders Diary.
