I cannot change the font sizes (they are now too large ) when I run a report under BD 3.5.56. It used to work fine with my old Dell display, but last week I went to a Dell flat screen, 20", 2700FP monitor. The resolution is now set to 1600 x 1200. 32 bit color. Reports used to display fine, e.g. Comic, Regular, 8, Western fonts, before I changed displays. The font I see now is much larger and I have to scroll horizontally to see everything. When I print the report, the fonts are fine. When I display sightings, the fonts are fine. It is just the screen display when I use Reports (Sightings, Checklist, Lifelist). Since I still have BD 3.0, I ran the same report with my new display and the fonts displayed correctly. My old display was set at 1152 x 864, 32 bit color, so I tried that on the new display, and I still had the large fonts on my display. I feel the problem is with the display but I'm not sure what is causing it. I am running BD and XP at the most current software levels. I did not have to use the new display CD-ROM for installing any drivers. It was plug and play and the display came up fine. I did not have to upgrade my video adapter, GeForce2 MX/MX400, 32 MB, AGP 4X bus. My Dell Dimension 4100 PC was bought in April 2001. Thanks, -Joe |

When I view a report, at the left end just above the report I have a tool bar with the control to change pages. To the right of that is a magnifying glass. When I use the triangle next to the magnifying glass to "pull down" the list of choices, I have many ways to change the size of the displayed report.
I am using the 3.6 beta, but I do not believe this is any different from 3.5.

Roy is correct Joe. Simply choose the Whole Page option from the dropdown in the upper left of the Preview window. See picture below.
