My PC died shortly before Christmas and I eventually had to replace the mother board.  The data on my hard drive are (thankfully) still intact but Birder's Diary now thinks I'm running an unlicensed copy.  Would you mind going through the registration song-and-dance with me again?  It'll take two rounds:  one for the program and one for the Clements checklist.  The first two user codes I've been given are:-

Could you let me have the Reg Keys, please?  I'll then send you the next two User Codes and hope all is still okay.

Hello Graham,

There is no need to do the Unlock by Email method unless your computer does not have access to the internet.

Assuming you do have access, then just enter your licenses using the Unlock Now button on the Help > License Information window:

1. 3.5 Advanced License, first
2. then your Clements license
3. then your upgrade to 3.6 license

And you are all done.

Your first two licenses above are on the CDrom case. The 3rd one, that you purchased online, can be retrieved from the copy of the email invoice sent to you or you can Logon to the Online Store and retrieve it.

Dear Jeff,

Thanks for getting back to me - glad you're not off on holiday yet.  I'm afraid I knew all that - the PC on which I run Birder's Diary is not connected to the Internet and I don't really want to connect.  It would be far preferable if I could again unlock the program the way I did before, i.e. with two rounds of User Codes and Registration Keys.  Could you send me them, please?

I know I'm still in the stone age but I like it that way!
