More information on this now.

• User with Vista trying to run BD from an Admin account with User Account Control (new Vista feature) turned ON, will not work unless you right-click on the BD desktop icon and choose Run as Administrator.
• Turn off User Account Control and you can run BD from the Admin account normally, by double-clicking on the desktop icon for BD.
• Leave User Account Control turned ON and create a Standard User Account and you can run BD from the standard account normally, by double-clicking on the desktop icon for BD.
