Hi,
90% of these types of problems are fixed by re-running the installation.
You will find the 3.5.56 installation at the bottom of the Downloads page.
This is important: make sure you turn off ALL antivirus/firewall software for the duration of the installation.
If this doesn't fix the problem, can you think of anything that happened on your computer between the time it used to work and when the error started appearing?
What OS are you running? (e.g. XP, Vista, ME, etc.)
