Jeff, I have to go through this again. I had to do a complete re-install on my computer. I have downloaded v.3.5.56. If I hit unlock and type in the LicenseID and password that cam with my original CD, I get the message: This Licensce ID has already been used the allotted number of times. Please contact sales@BirdersDiary.com to obtain more software keys. I hit unlock by phone and User Code 1 is 272329707; and User Code 2 is 8882126. Please send me the Reg keys I need to activate the program. Then I can try and activate my Birds-ABA-2005-Nov tax list Thanks, Scott

Hi Jeff, I need to activate BDv3.6 and the Clements list on my second computer (laptop) My user codes are: 241395359 and 1829615, and my list license is 901621 Thanks, C.V.

Hello CV: The user codes are not necessary. All you need to do is to enter your user license and your taxonomic list license using the Help \| License Information window, and the Unlock Now button. On this web site, under the Support :: Online Users Guide there is a topic with in-depth instructions for doing this - Activating your Birder's Diary Licenses. Your two licenses are: 901620 & 901621. Let me know if you do not remember your password. That will take care of it. But let me know if you require further assistance. Jeff
