Isn't there a way to get that missing file and transpose it into 3.0.2? Maybe that would make it work then I would not have to spend the $69 for version 3.6.

Hi Stephen, You have 3.0 working now. So if you want to stay at 3.0, you don't have to do anything. I really recommend upgrading however. There are many, many new features in 3.6 and a great many others available in 3.7 coming up. And your taxonomic lists are very out of date. And you cannot use the latest ones because they won't work with 3.0. Let me know if I can assist further, Jeff

Hi. Just got your latest email reply. I tried uninstalling the 3.6 Demo and sure enough, 3.0 did not work. So I re-installed 3.6 and copied the data. There is 29 days left in the 30 day demo of 3.6. What is going to happen when those 29 days are up? I cant uninstall the demo because 3.0 will not work without that missing file. Can it be found and copied into 3.0. I am trying to avoid having to pay that $69 for 3.6, it is a bit on the high side for an upgrade.

Hi Stephen, Just leave 3.6 installed. Nothing will happen after 30 days other than you won't be able to use 3.6. 3.0 will still work. I can't begin to explain this weirdness on your system. I have not experienced this with over 5,000 other users. 3.0 should install fine with no issues. Jeff
