re: Clements.
Cornell's initial release of the updated Clements list contained far too many errors to release. They promised an update soon. That was a couple months ago. No word from them (despite my inquiries) since. So, I really cannot give you any more on that estimate.
re: BD 3.7.
This release is currently delayed. Many new components are going into it (GIS mapping, PocketPC version, eBird support, abundance graphs, etc) requiring more work than expected. The best new target date is Winter 07-08.
That is the best forecast I can give at this time. Thanks for asking.
