FAQ - Current Support Issues Everyone Should Know About

Q. Correctly activating your Birder's Diary user license on the Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating system.

Q. Petey (the talking parrot) and Online Help not supported under Windows Vista - but they still work.

Q. Birder's Diary reports RTE 13 when attempting to Add or View/Edit sightings. Only on v3.6 or earlier versions.

Birder's Diary is working correctly again. I removed Turbo Tax--It's Deductable from the computer completely and now BD starts correctly again. I probably should have done that a long time ago. Thanks Jeff
