What does it mean? How do I correct it? I am running 3.5.56 on Windows XP Pro with Pak 2 installed. Error only shows up when I try to access Reports. Tried both pressing F7 key and using the menu bar. Shows the hourglass instead of pointer curser. When I try to click on any of the report menus, BD crashes. ie closes. Thanks, Dennis

Hi Dennis, Does this error come up when you click on the "Reports" button? Or after the Report window comes up? If the latter, what are you doing just before you get the error? I need to know how to reproduce the error exactly. Then, I will need for your to 1) ZIP your database (by default C:\program files\birder's diary\data\database.mdb), and 2) upload it using the "Support::File Upload" page on this web site. I will be able to fix the problem and get it back to you within 24 hours. Let me know please, Jeff
