I managed to import the Clements 6.3.2 in about 3 hours, but couldn't get beyond the checklist process, so I deleted the files from DATA and tried to start over. When attempting to import the first file now, I get a message that Clements etc 6.3.2 is already in use and to choose another name. What should I do?

I think you will probably need to go into Advance Features\|Tax view. Select the Clements list in the dropdown box, and select delete. Once it is deleted, you should be able to re-import the tax list. Once the tax list is imported, import the checklist. It may take a long time, and it may seem as if you computer is hung up - but just let it run. It will finish eventually - it is updating a lot of data points.

Hi, No need to delete the Clements 6.3.2. tax list if it is already imported. Just start the checklist import at night before you go to bed and let it run. It will run until you see a completion message indicating how many records added/deleted. Be sure to Uncheck the Analyze... checkbox before starting the checklist import. Jeff

I don't get the chance to uncheck Analyze. The Import screen I get is smaller than the one you illustrate. Doesn't have that function on it. I have already run the checklist import for about 5 hours and I'm through the countries beginning with -S. Do i have to start over? And if so, how do I get to the Analyze function?

Ok. It finished importing the checklist and reported that it added 440-some thousand out of 580-some thousand, then it rebuilt the places. Am I good to go?

Hi Joe, You must be running version 3.5.x of BD. That explains no Analyze button. Yes - you are good to go now. V3.6 import method is a bit faster, with more features. Let me know if I can assist with anything else, Jeff
