I'm importing Clements now. It stops at Eurasian Griffon, and the Match Thing on Import window says "The Thing attempting to be imported cannot be matched by Description to an existing Thing." I know from trying yesterday that this will happen for a number of species.

What should I do? I know I can keep the import process going by selecting the create new thing option. Otherwise, I will have to deal with the import stopping repeatedly and deal with each problem species individually.

Just click the Novice button on this window - and it won't bug you anymore. This window is really for Taxonomy creators and contains special functions for helping them assign things properly. Everyone else should use the Novice button.

The new taxonomy import/update process in v3.7 will be completely automated!!!
