| When I try to run the latest network version of 3.6.13 I get "error 404 can not connect to server". It downloads then when in the install phase it asks do I want to cancel or abort. Is something wrong with the server? Thanks! |

Hi David,
Hmmm. How is your internet connection otherwise? Do you have dial-up or faster?
How are you doing the installation? You should be just clicking on the "Network Installation" link and choosing "Run" everytime you are asked. Don't save it to disk.
If you are around right now, run the desktop sharing program at the bottom of this page and I will have a look.

Also - exactly when during the installation do you get the error?

| I am here. I have a DSL connection (not the fastest but usually works fine) I click on network installation and the error pops upabout 10 seconds into the install. I will click on the desktop sharing tool now. |

| I downladed the single file setup version from the Downloads page, to my hard drive and installed from there with no problems. Thanks for your help. It has to be a problem with my security somewhere. Thanks! |

Great! Thanks for letting us know David.
I am inclined to believe that it is your system as hundreds of folks have downloaded now and you are the first with this problem.
However, it is perplexing that we shut down your firewall and Norton and the problem still persisted. Perhaps it was a setting within Internet Explorer.
Glad you are up and running.
However - I just release "Build 20" (v3.6.20) and you may want to upgrade to that when you get a chance. Try starting the upgrade from within Diary by selecting "Help | Internet: Check for an Update!" to see if that works.
Please post back with your results.
