Trying to download BD3.6. The WISE Installation System says my system meets requirements but "MSJet 4.0 SP8 is being installed on your computer." OK, but then comes up a messsage that "Install could not communicate to the network server. error 25." Retried, no luck, so had to abort.
This happened earlier when I got the same error 25 for install of MDAC. So I went to Microsoft and installed MDAC separately. But now it wants MSJet 4.0 SP8. And who knows what after that. So better to fix the problem. Thanks, Peter |

Hi Peter,
What kind of connection to the internet do you have? (e.g. Dial-up, DSL, Cable, etc)
Another user was having a similar problem today (but different error number). His solution was to download the "Single file setup" and run it completely on his system. That worked for him.
It may just be the load on the server is too much right now.
Let me know on the connection question and try the "single file setup" and see if that works.
