I am not sure where to start on helping you as you didn't give me a lot to go on.
The basic process is:
- Purchase ABA 2008; it appears you have done that. This provides you with the download password, license ID and license password.
- Go to the Downloads page on this site; read the instructions at the top; click on the ABA 2008 link to start the download
- After the download is complete, a video auto-starts that leads you through the process of the import. Have you successfully followed this video all the way through? This video also shows you how to activate your license - which it appears you have done 3 times now successfully on the same machine.
- Start using the new tax list.
Please let me know where you are experiencing the problem and I am sure I can get you going. Give me as much detail as possible please.
