I am trying to access video tutorials but get an error message There was a problem running the macro (1037) I am running Vista and have the latest Adobe Macromedia Flash Player.  Is there something else I should be doing?

Under Vista, the link to the videos from within the help file will not work. You can still access and run the videos. You will find them using Windows Explorer under c:\Birder's Diary\help\*.swf.

Note: The videos have not been updated since v3.0. The cost to produce them was greater than the projected benefit to most users. They are still included however and most are applicable and useful to some users.

By link, I assume you are talking about c:\birder's diary\help\. When you installed BD, downloading the video tutorials was an option that you had to select; else the default was not to download the tutorials. This is easily remedied. Simply re-run the installation and check the option for download/install videos. Re-running the installation will not cause any problems otherwise.
