I recently switched my email from Comcast to Verizon. When I tried to retrieve me license numbers from the store, an email was sent to my old address. How do I fix this?? My current address is jmcvoy@verizon.net the old address has not been valid for a couple of months. I thought I already updated my email with you folks, but maybe not?

Hi Jim,

I assume you logged onto the Online Store to request your licenses. Let me know if I am wrong. When there, you can update your account/profile and change the email address yourself. If you can't find the way to do this, let me know and I will change it for you. Just logon to the Online Store again using a licenseID or customerID and your password. Then change your email address.

The problem is that when I try to log onto the Online Store using my user name and password, I get the message "only enter digits" or some such. My email address is fine in the main log on page, but I cannot get to the Online Store without my customer ID, and then the information gets sent to an invalid email address. I just found my customer ID number, so I am going to try one more time.

Never mind. I finally located my customer ID and got logged in to the store. I have updated both email and phone. Sorry about that. I want to install Birder's Diary on our new notebook that we plan to use when we travel. I assume my licenses allow that. Thanks for your help.

Hi Jim,

Glad you got it going. Yes - you can install and use BD on as many computers as you own and use. Nothing more to purchase.

Let me know if I can assist with anything else.
