I downloaded Birder's Diary onto a new Windows 7 computer.  However, when I try to unlock the license I get a Bad Key message:  The information entered was not validated by the server.  Please try again or contact Technical Support.

My license was purchased 24-Dec-2006 for an upgrade to 3.6 and Clements World 2005.

Hello David,

Key here are the exact and complete text of the error message that you recieve and which License ID and password you are using. Since this involves a password, I have sent your licenses and password to your email address. Please use that to attempt to activate along with the instructions I included and let me know if that doesn't get you goin.
