I'm trying to print out a checklist for an upcoming trip.  When adding  several (10)checkboxes in front of the common & scientific names, the checkbox columns  are to wide and the boxes are on top of the text. I tried to emulate a list that came with the program with no success.

Thanks for the screen shot.

All you need to do now is to size your columns. This is discussed in the Online Quick Start Guide, reporting section, #9. Click here: http://www.birdersdiary.com/Documentation/BDV37/QuickStart/Reports.htm and go down to #9. Just size your checkboxes to be small and your name fields to be a bit larger.
