I have BD 3.1.3 loaded on my computer from a CD.  I bought the upgrade and ran it.  I followed the instructions for activating the license when using Win7: right click icon, select "Run as Admin".  The license window does not appear, and when I click on Help, the Help screen appears with the following message: There was a problem running the macro (1037).  There is nothing on the Help screen that is license related.  What should I do?

Hi,

The problem with Help and "7" is noted above in the FAQ at the top of this page.

However, the license window not appearing is a first. Did you try clicking on "Help | License Information". Not the "HELP" toolbar button, but "Help" in the menu bar above that is where you will find it.
