Entering via a custom Checklist has proved a hit so far. However, I started on a second batch of date, entered (or so I thought) around 80-100 sightings, and they appear to have dropped into a black hole. I cannot get the View/Edit window to pull them up. I'm not concerned about having to re-enter them, but am concerned to have "loose" data running around.

Is it possible to examine the last 100 or so entries into the data base, sorted by time of entry? I have obviously run across the wrong year entered, duplicate entry type of error, but this is something new.

Yes - check the sort dropdowns on the View/Edit Setup window. One of them is Order of Entry.

You could also just check for all sightings of one of the species you know you entered.
