I purchased a Birder's Diary upgrade from v3.0 to v3.6 back in October when I got a new computer.  Every time I open Birder's Diary the program tells me I am using a demo version, and asks me if I want to activate the program.  I have followed this screen NUMEROUS times by entering my license ID and password, howerver I keep getting the same results when opening the program.  Can you help me out.

Hello Chris,

I have reset your activations. Please see the special instructions in the FAQ section at the top of this page for activating your license properly on Vista and/or "7". That should take care of it.

Let me know if it doesn't or if there is anything else I can assist with.
