I currently have a problem opening the View/Edit Sightings page.   I get a pop-up advising Run Time Error 13 - Type Mismatch. Then the program closes.  Usually when I reopen, Birder's Diary comes up and I'm still not able to open View/Edit, however once in while I can't reopen BD and get a pop-up "Cound not Lock File" - Contact Technical Services.

This had happened before but I've always been able to reopen BD without the Lock message and resume working including using the View/Edit page.

I'm using BD63.6 installed on Windows 7.

Ye Gads.  Looks like I didn't bother to look at the FAQ's.  The solution corrected the problem.  One of the best things about BD is it's customer service.
