I had to have the hard drive on my PC replaced.  I have downloaded and installed the diary software.  But when I try to unlock the license, I get a message that the licenseID already used.  This is the same PC.  Do I need to purchase another license?

Hello Carolyn,

No - you do not need to purchase another license. I will reset your activations if you will please provide me with a list of your license IDs.
