Hi Jeff. I have just upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista. On trying to start Birder's Diary I get a Run-time error message as indicated by the attachment. When I click OK, BD closes!

I also suspect that when I am able to open the program it will be in trial mode only? I have my original activation email if you can allow me to re-activate.

Hi again Jeff. After reading some of your replies to others, I took the plunge and installed the hotfix MS Agent. It works! However, as I thought, it is in demo mode. Do you need to  do anything at your end before I reactivate Birder's Diary from my original email?

Hi Wayne,

Just go ahead and activate your licenses. Be sure to use the special instructions at the top of this page in the FAQ section for activating licenses on Vista/7.

That is all you have to do.
