I am having problems printing a report. I am running Birders Diary 3.6 with Clements checklist 2009. I have called up my lifelistand am trying to print it and when I click on output at the bottom of the screen I get a screen that has "program files". Before when I clicked output I was able to print. I am using windows vista.

I am in preview and print/save report and my life list has come up. At the output drop down box it says printer file. There are several things availble in the box but none just says printer. when I click the output button I get a screen that has my desktop and says save as.

Any idea what the small window that disappears quickly says on it? Anything? Is it possible that this window is still up but just behind other windows?

Are you sure you are selecting the same printer thatn you can print to from email?

What version of Windows are you running? 32 or 64-bit? (e.g. Windows 7, 64-bit)

I assume printing has worked in the past for you. Can you pinpoint any changes to your system (installed new software) in between the last time it worked and when it stopped working?

Have you tried rebooting? Lame question, but sometimes it works.

I replaced a printer cartridge and am now able to print my report. It seemed as if it should have printed in black and white as I didn't need a black ink cartridge. Thanks for your help.
