Testing a demo version of teh latest download

When the application runs I get teh spalsh screen and then

Run-time error '-2147024893 (8007003)':
An unknown application-defined or object-defined failue occured

Sorryforgot to mention

Windows 7 64 bit OS

Yes I am running as administrator.

I fixed the issue by reinstalling and installing into

C:\Birder's Diary

Seems a little odd that it will only work in that directory and not in c:\Birds

That surprises me also.

Any top-level directory on the C: drive should work.

Glad it is working now.
