I just purchased BD 3.6 Advanced User License.  I was initally able to open the program, but on subsequesent tries, the program will not open and I get the following error message:  Run time error '339'.  Component ssa3d30.0cx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered, a file is missing or invalid.  What do I need to do to get the program to work.  I had a very old version of BD (3.0) so just purchased as a new user.  My computer uses Windows 7.

I did some more reading in the forums and found that if I right-click on the BD icon, I can get in.  I do get a message that indicates that I am running it as a demo and when I put my purchase code and password in, it tells me that I need to have them reactivated.

I have reset your license activations. When activating your licenses on Vista/7, you need to follow the instructions at the top of this page in the FAQ section under the appropriate topic. Please do that and you won't have to activate again.
