I have Birder's Diary on my old computer, v. 3.0.2, and I have all the license info, etc, but I cannot find my original CD, it has been lost when I moved.  Is there some way I can still get the new version but not have to pay the full price?  I could not find any info on upgrading without needing the CD.  I still have access to my old computer and the software on it and I wrote down all of the license info in the software.

We no longer have the v3.0.x installation available.

To be sure, you do not have to have the v3.0.x CD to upgrade. You just need a copy of your v3.0 database, which has all of your data and tax lists in it. See the Product Info >> Upgrading from 2.x or 3.0 page on this site for full information. The upgrade process just takes a couple minutes.
