Jeff, sorry to be starting a new topic, but I couldn't find this issue elsewhere in the forums.
I've upgraded to BD3.7.54. It cost me nothing as a licensed happy 3.6 user.
I've purchased Clements/Cornell 6.6 2011 and have receipt, with license and password, see screen capture.
When attempting to add sightings, the not yet activated Clements obviously generates an error screen, which list all of my licensed and activated products. Selecting the "unlock now" button generates a screen which requests license and password, which I input, then select "OK".
Next screen presents me with the Bad Key message: "The information entered was not validated by the server. Please try again or contact Tech Support."
Did I get screen capture?
