Hi, I am getting a runtime error'401' after installing latest update.

message also shows "Can't show non-modal form when modal form is displayed".

Message occurs just after Petey ask if I want the tutorial.

running windows 7, 64 bit.

Problem appears to be when "showing tips at at startup" I turned option off and seems to be working OK.
