Hi Peter,

Thanks for the screenshot. It helps so much to lay the context of the question.

The answer and key to this lies in the Sightings Entry Setup window. I need a screenshot of that one. Because, based on what you have selected (tax list, location filter, etc), it has eliminated all things from the checklist.

Note:bear in mind, that BD only has checklist data for locations at the state and above level. If you have created a user-defined location (e.g. HOME), then it will not have things associated with it by default. You can easily create this data yourself using the checklist editor - or using sightings already associated with that location (see checkbox in Setup window for that).

Let me know if this doesn't get you going.
