I have only seen this a couple times before and it was antivirus both times. Once the antivirus software was disabled, the problem went away and the user could properly license BD. Other than that, I have not seen this problem.
Are you logged on with Admin privileges to Windows? I don't know if that would matter, but if you are, then that should rule out any privilege issue. But you never know.
It will be interesting to see if the Number of Demo Days left goes down to 29 tomorrow. Let me know on that one please. It is at 30 now.
It is funny that you were at first having these License file errors when you first reported here. But now that does not exist, but the licensing won't detect a valid license. Weird. I know that BD works fine under Parallels and Windows 7 on dozens of other customer systems. So the question is, what is different about this installation?
