I downloade and reviewed the 2011 ABA, AOU and Clements 6.6 tax and checklists and came up with the following anomilies.
Stonechat is still missing from Alaska and California. I reviewed the Stonechat at the subspecie level and all locations associated with the subspecies are correct (that's good).
When looking at the specie level only (Stonechat), I get the ambiguous entry window and have to choose one of the line items (see Screenshots 1, 2 & 3). The number of locations in Clements is 110 including California and Alaska. However, in ABA or AOU (Stonechat) it is only 15 with Alaska and California not on either list. Suggest revising ABA and AOU ambiguous entry lines to include the same locations as Clements or at the least add California and Alaska to the ABA or AOU ambiguous entry line item choices (Stonechat).
Totals for ABA, AOU and Clements have different totals when comparing Checklist Entry Method vs Taxonomy List vs Reports. Mostly due to missing locations for some species. here are the errors.

Brown-capped Vireo - Remove California from locations (ref CA Birds Rec Comm)

Eurasian Moorhen - Remove California from locations (ref CA Birds Rec Comm)
Kentish Plover - Remove California from locations (ref CA Birds Rec Comm)
Smoky Warbler - Remove California from locations (ref CA Birds Rec Comm)
Himalayan Bluetail - Remove California from locations (ref CA Birds Rec Comm)
Of minor note the AOU has the 5 Mountain-Gems with the "g" lower case and the Elfin-Woods Warbler with first "w" lower case.
I suspect that those species where I am requesting removal of CA should probably have other US locations removed as well but I only checked against CA.
