FAQ - Current Support Issues Everyone Should Know About

Q. Correctly activating your Birder's Diary user license on the Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating system.

Q. Petey (the talking parrot) and Online Help not supported under Windows Vista - but they still work.

Q. Birder's Diary reports RTE 13 when attempting to Add or View/Edit sightings. Only on v3.6 or earlier versions.

Q. Run-time Error 48 - File Not Found - 'SKCA32.DLL'

Q. After installing and running Birder's Dary on Windows 7, you get a COMPATIBILITY message concerning MSagent.

Thanks both of you. It would seem like a feature that would be necessary for birders within BD - any chance of building this into later editions Jeff ? regards Nicky

This one has confounded me since implementing the new strategy in 3.7. Figured it out today after several hours. In the next free upcoming release. v3.7.43 or later. Jeff
