Hi Jeff. When I choose to print a report, I prefer the format as shown below, ie - tax order, species grouped together. What I haven't been able to do is keep the same format, but have date order ascending within each species at the same location. In the example below, Royal Spoonbill at location Waitangi/Clive/Haumoana would begin with 09/03/2009 and finish with 09/05/2009. If I change the Output Column settings (Sort or Group By) I can certainly get the date order I want, but the format changes!

Is it possible to set up BD options for this?
