I need to reinstall BD on a new computer (Windows 7).  I was running V 3.6.49 (DB 3.6.49) Advanced which was an upgrade from previous versions. I have the orginial V 3.0 CD and Key, but I can not locate a an  Upgrade Key for V 3.6.49.  What should I do ....?

Be sure to follow the instructions here for moving BD to another computer.

You don't need v3.0, just reinstall v3.6.49 from the Downloads page on this site.

Your license key for v3.6 is 511288. If you need your password, please send email to support@birdersdiary.com and reference this license.
