Hi Jeff,

Had to upgrade on new computer using windows 7.  I installed and "ran as admin" as instructed in your forum:

When I put in my license ID I got an error that I need to contact you because I have installed BD on too many computers.  So I am reaching out to you.   I believe my userID gets you my email to contact me directly if needed.

No problem Greg. I have reset your activations. Please reactivate your license per the instructions at the top of this web page in the FAQ seciton.
