Is it possible to print a Taxamonic List   eg:  Birds Australia and New Zealand 2008 ??

It's just that there are many New Zealand birds in the list and I would like an Australian List only.  I know I can copy the Birds Aus/NZ 2008 and call it say .. Chistidis & Boles 2008 and then go through each entry and delete the NZ birds ... but I would prefer to have a printed copy with the expanded fields to work from.

Jude,

It sounds to me like all you'd need to do is print a checklist, using Australia as the location and the Australia/NZ taxonomy. That should ignore any birds that aren't found in Australia. You can choose the fields you want on the checklist (common name, scientific name, the checkbox) as well as grouping fields like Family.

Or would that not suffice somehow?

Thanks Kevin

As soon as I posted I thought  "Ahhh, the checklist".   And yes, it works perfectly.
