When I went to Uganda in September '05 I spent three weeks birding with Alfred Twinomujuni, reputed to be the best birder in Uganda. Whatever, we saw 558 species. I took with me a checklist for Uganda that I made using Birder's Diary 3.5 and Clements 2004.
The point of this is that we saw two birds not on the checklist.
Lemon-bellied Crombec Sylvietta denti in Budongo Forest Reserve
Puvel's Illadopsis Illadopsis puveli in Murchison Falls NP
I'd update the data base if I knew how.
[We did NOT see Pell's Fishing Owl, but that's a different story!]

Hi John,
Read the 6 sticky posts in this forum for an in-depth explanation of using the Checklist editor.
But in essense, by using the checklist editor, you can add these two things to the Uganda checklist in a matter of seconds. (Advanced License required).
Thanks for the info. I can update the master database with the info you gave me.
