Subject: dragonflies tax won't activate

Jeff,

I just purchased and installed the dragonflies of NA 2008 taxonomic list. When I try to activate it I get an error message saying there was some sort of technical error and the process was not able to finish. Unfornutaly I tried it a couple of times and when I tried to replicate it now and include a screenshot I now get a message that I have exceeded my alotted number of activations and it won't even give me the error.

Hi Mike,

I have reset the activations.

Please retry and

1. give me the exact and complete contents (or screenshot) of the error
2. What version of Windows are you running?
3. Are you on a MAC?
4. What version of Diary?

I am running Vista SP1 and BD v3.649. A screenshot is attached.

HI MIke,

Thanks for the info.

I suspect you are entering the wrong License ID and/or password.

Please check your invoice again for the correct information. Don't use the ZIP password but rather, your Store/Invoice password.

Fast reply you must reading the forums now. I am using the License ID and password listed under the description on the invoice I printed.
